1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Founder Focus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

2.Description of Service

Founder Focus is a productivity and focus management app designed for founders and professionals. It provides session management, daily priority tracking, an execution score, a decision journal, and optional app and website blocking. The App runs entirely on your device and does not rely on any backend service operated by us.

3.License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. This license is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard App Store End User License Agreement (EULA).

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the App in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

4.Acceptable Use

You are responsible for how you use the App and for the configurations you choose. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its intended operation, or attempt to circumvent its security or technical limitations. The App is a tool to support your focus and execution; you remain responsible for your own work, decisions, and outcomes.

5.App Blocking & Emergency Override

The App offers optional app and website blocking using Apple's Screen Time APIs. You choose which of your own apps and sites to block and when blocking is active. You are solely responsible for configuring these features in a way that suits your needs.

To protect your safety and access, the App provides emergency override mechanisms — including an SOS gesture and a medical override — that let you end blocking and regain full access to your device at any time. You should never rely on the App to permanently restrict access to any safety-critical feature of your device.

6.Pricing

Founder Focus is currently free to download and use, with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions in this version. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will present the applicable pricing and terms before you are charged, and any purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store.

7.Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including your priorities, decision journal entries, session notes, and settings. This content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to it. You are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep, as uninstalling the App or deleting your data within it removes that data permanently.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Founder Focus is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Founder Focus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, productivity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it, if any.

10.Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or discontinue the App, at any time and for any reason, including conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the App.
